An event of setsubun

In Japan, I sprinkle a beans on a day of setsubun. Why?

Sprinkling a beans in the outside and the inside is to drive out the evil ogre (oni) and bring in with good fortune. This roasted soy bean it is sprinkled and a each person eats as many beans as their age and one more for the coming year.

In addition A day of setsubun I go to a supermark where hutomaki (rolled sushi) is sold. At the night of setsubun we eat the hutomaki while facing a lucky direction.

Then the year can seem to be good. Hutomaki is also called ehoumaki.
